I’m Kendrick Johnson and for nearly two decades, I've worn just about every hat in the world of education—classroom teacher, instructional coach, curriculum director, school administrator, and leader of thriving teacher residency programs. These roles weren’t just titles; they were hands-on learning experiences that deepened my passion for empowering educators and transforming schools.

Now, as an author, speaker, and consultant, I've had the privilege of working with thousands of teachers and leaders across the country, helping them unlock new levels of student engagement and achievement.
